Terms of service preparation

This structure must be reviewed and completed by qualified counsel before Actovian accepts payment or opens public customer accounts.
1. Service
Actovian provides governed AI workflow coordination, approval controls, integrations, evidence records and company administration features according to the selected plan.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for account access, lawful data use, recipient permissions, connected service configuration and review of AI-assisted output.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions will renew according to the selected billing period. Plan limits, trial conditions, cancellation timing, refunds and tax treatment must be finalized before checkout activation.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful surveillance, deception, unauthorized access, spam, harmful automated decisions or attempts to bypass safety controls.
