Acceptable Use Policy

1. Required conduct

Customers must use Actovian lawfully, maintain human oversight and respect the rights, privacy and instructions of recipients and connected-account owners.

2. Prohibited use

• Spam, purchased contact lists, deceptive outreach or messages without a lawful basis.
• Unauthorised access, credential theft, malware, disruption, security testing without written permission or bypassing safeguards.
• Illegal surveillance, biometric identification, social scoring or profiling that unlawfully discriminates.
• Solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects in employment, credit, insurance, housing, health or public services.
• Fraud, impersonation, manipulation, unlawful political campaigning, exploitation or facilitation of violence.
• Uploading secrets, special-category data or regulated records unless the Customer has confirmed an appropriate legal and security basis.
• Using output as professional legal, medical, tax, investment or safety advice without qualified review.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, reselling access, removing notices or exceeding technical limits.

3. Enforcement

We may block an action, limit usage, suspend an integration or account, preserve relevant evidence and report unlawful conduct where reasonably necessary. We will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate and legally permitted. Report abuse to office@actovian.com.
