Refund and Cancellation Policy
Actovian is operated by Miloš Topić, an individual service provider based in the Republic of Serbia. Contact: office@actovian.com. This English version is the controlling version.
1. Merchant of record
Online Actovian subscriptions are sold and charged by Paddle, our merchant of record and authorised reseller. Paddle issues receipts, calculates applicable transaction tax and processes approved refunds. The Paddle terms shown at checkout also apply to the purchase and prevail for payment processing matters.
2. Free trial
The 14-day trial starts when a verified user activates a Starter or Growth workspace. A payment card is not required and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Only one trial is available per verified identity. Trial access stops at expiry unless a paid subscription is active.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Account → Billing → Manage subscription or through the link in the Paddle receipt. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no further renewal will be charged. Access continues until that date unless access is suspended for fraud, security risk or material breach.
4. Refunds
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, transactions are non-refundable. Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights, including a 14-day right in certain jurisdictions. Those rights can be affected when digital services begin immediately with the consumer’s express consent. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights.
We will support a refund request where a material technical defect prevents use of the purchased service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time. Duplicate or unauthorised charges should be reported immediately. Discretionary requests are reviewed case by case by Paddle under its current Refund Policy.
5. How to request a refund
Use the “Manage subscription” or “View receipt” link in your Paddle email, visit paddle.net, or contact office@actovian.com with the account email and transaction reference. Never send full card details to Actovian.
6. Failed payments and plan changes
Paddle may retry a failed payment. New metered actions may be paused while payment remains past due, while existing records and billing controls remain accessible. Upgrades, downgrades and price changes are shown in the billing portal before they take effect.
