1. Current position

Actovian uses storage necessary for sign-in, security and language preference. With your permission, we also measure visits and key steps through the public demo and trial signup. Optional analytics stays off until you accept it. We do not use advertising cookies or session recording.

2. Storage used

• Supabase authentication: secure session data required to keep a user signed in and refresh authentication.
• Cloudflare Turnstile and security: short-lived technical signals used to prevent bots and abuse.
• actovian-locale: browser local storage that remembers English, Serbian or German. It does not identify the user across websites.
• Paddle checkout: payment-related storage is used only after the user opens Paddle checkout or the billing portal and is governed by Paddle’s notices.
• Actovian analytics: after acceptance, browser storage holds a random visitor ID, a session ID and traffic source. We record page paths, selected button clicks, demo outcomes and signup milestones. We do not record form contents. Analytics events are deleted after 90 days.

3. Controls and future changes

Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, checkout or security controls from working. You can accept or reject analytics here at any time. Rejecting removes the analytics visitor and session IDs from this browser and stops future collection. Questions may be sent to office@actovian.com.
